Welcome to Kanaya Gracella’s Birthday Party! 🎉

Here are some what do we remember from this event :

Every meeting she always accompanied by her mom, aunty, and uncle. They were Kanaya’s supporting team that help her to decide everything!

It takes a long time to find the ideal venue. We’ve been discussing about more than 5 different venue during the meeting and finally we found one that is still available for the date and can accomodate her party concept.

The venue is quite unique 😅 We use two meeting room and the voyer area which connecting this two room (The voyer was a mezzanine so people who is in the lobby area can heard everything!)

Kanaya likes a simple decoration. Minimalist one with a touch of pink and rosegold. So this is it our first ever simple backdrop for the stage 😊

Our team and vendors are a bit surprise by her greetings that day. But first you should know that our first impressions of Kanaya is a calm girl who doesn’t like to talk much, she likes to play Cello, and she do well in her study. So, we are surprise when suddenly, during her greetings she speak with her “macho” voice, calling out her friends! Wow, our teams have a moment of surprise and glance one to another 😅 However her voice really wakes everyone and light up the mood!
