Welcome to SMA Labschool Jakarta’s Prom Night🎉

Here are some what do we remember from this event :

It was our first opportunity to take a part in Labschool Jakarta’s Senior Prom Night! We’ve got the opportunity to present our EO to the prom committee one year ago but we just got the opportunity to be their EO and Decorator this year. Love❤️

What we learn from this event is “the more the merrier” 😁 We met a lot of students and parents committee (that we can’t remember all of their names till the end). Well, bigger committee = bigger responsibility for us. We keep getting chats or calls from all the committee discussing about the talent, hotel, decoration, design, food, security etc.

We learn a new style in prom nights events through out this experience. We also met new vendors and talents. That’s the reason why in the end we’re having fun (eventhough 1 month before the event my mind can’t stop thinking about preparation and keep trying to remember every notes that we got from the meeting, chats, or calls). My intention to give all the best for our first ever opportunity makes myself anxious months before the D-day 😂

Talking about the new talents that we met (we’re so outdated about the trend I guess) we finally got the change to met Diskoria! Their music style was so different compare to our common EDM / top 40 after party style, that makes us still talking about them days after the event (one of our crew even listening to their playlist until now 😂)

In this event we bring back again the special LED screen that we used years ago to bring out the guest star for that day! KAHITNA! (not all clients want this kind of entrance, so we are glad we got another opportunity to use it again!)

And last but not least we are happy with our new vendor that really works hard and sending us 600 and more pictures from the event just day after the D-day 😂 we remember that everywhere we go that day we always see all the photographer from @faithfulandgrace taking pictures of everyone and every occasions starts from the main performance on stage till the candid and group photos of everyone! That’s what professionals do!
