Welcome to Lunarin’s Sweet 17th Birthday Lunch 🎉

Here are some what do we remember from this event :

We actually haven’t met Lunarin and her mom before the D-day! That’s the true story behind her bday. Her mom contacted us in the first place and because she doesn’t stay in Jakarta, everything was discussed through phone calls and chats.

Because of some reasons, Lunarin decided her venue choice just 1 week before the event date 😂 but that’s not a problem because we had already started to design and print all the items needed before, without even knowing the final venue, so that everything could be finished on time! 😊

When we were told that there will be another event after Lunarin’s birthday lunch and the party should end bofore 3PM , we changed our strategy in decorating the tables. We make sure everything (all the flower arrangements and the props) are easy to be cleaned up. And for the event crews, they were told to be strict with the clock and they have to make sure that the main ceremony of the event won’t be cut. The “last but not least” thing that we prayed at that time is to have the guests arrived on time as it’s actually the most crucial aspect of an event! 😊
