Sharon’s first plan is to have the party at the Club House near her house. But unfortunately it was already booked for 9 October. So we suggest to have the party in Gading Grand Ballroom. Why? Because Sharon’s mom love the food from portable. The venue was connected with a hotel!! So Sharon’s family who came from outside of Jakarta can stay there. And considering that most of her friends are usually hanging out near the KG area, we thought that having the party in KG won’t be a problem..

The party theme was decided on our first meeting when sharon tell us that she loves one of our previous party. So a remake party with an enchanted forest party theme in mind is on process!

Sharon keep a secret from her friends about “who is going to be her EO?” and it made us a little nervous and try harder to impress not only Sharon but also her guests…

One think that stay in our mind was the special song for after party that requested by Sharon or maybe her Dad😂 A song “sayang” by Via Valen.. It was challenge for the DJ to put the song in the middle of his EDMs playlist.. but it’s a pleasure for some our crews 😂 they sang and danced along the song while doing their job!!
