Welcome to Ms. Ratna’s Birthday Celebration!🎉

Here are some stories behind her preparations:

It was another unpredictable event! Mr. Budi contacted us just 1 week before the event, 6 days before to be exact.

After 1st meeting in the morning, we continue to have 2nd meeting at the potential venue at night and that’s it. The first and last meeting with the banquet team on D-5!

The next day, we have our 3rd meeting to finalize the proposal (D-4) chop chop the clock is ticking. We have 4 days to prepare everything😁.

Thanks god everything went well on the D-day the event start and end at the right time, just like we planned it. The photobooth is crowded and the sketch corner to. It seems like everybody like out gift for Ms. Ratna. The waiting line for the sketch didin’t stop until the event ends haha….

In this event we try to challenge our team member to do different jobdesc. And they did a good job! Keep learning!

We are glad that we got the chance to organize Ms. Ratna’s Birthday Party😊
