Here are some stories behind Karsten & Kayleb’s Birthday preparations:

We knew Karsten & Kayleb’s parents (Ko Charlie & Ci Joan) from Momo uncle, Mulyono. They were also his nephew and niece actually but from his nkwife familiy. So basically we’ve never met with Ko Charlie and Ci Joan. On the other hand, ko Charlie is also one of ko Erwin Wirjanto’s friend! What a small world we live in😅 and tadaa here we are featuring @pixie.party again after a quiet long time…

We met just twos weeks before the event. So there are some stuffs that are likely to change. At first, the theme is going to be magic, soccer but at last is comes to down to enchanted garden with a little touch of soccer in it..

Our clients requested that the party does not only focus on the kids but also it has to be suitable for adults. That’s why beside the Mc and keyboard that have been specially arranged for kids birthday, they also invited Dj and Cabaret. We rarely see a kids party with Dj and Cabaret. This is one of a kind😂

All details have been managed by Wong & Ci Joan via whatsapp chat (no 2nd meeting). Starting from the invitation, photoboot, decor even choosing which orphanage to be invite. In two weeks, finally everything’s done prepared at the party went well…

One thing that we love from this wonderful event is that there’s balance between “party” and “social responsibility”. Thought it was held at Baliroom, our clients didin’t want it to be to classy, knowing that the main purpose is for celebration & sharing with others. That’s why they invited some friends from Pondo Kasih Agape❤
