Welcome to Audrey Vania’s Sweet 17 Party!
Inspired by the “White Queen Castle” ❄️

Here’s the story behind the preparations of her party :

We met audrey and her family on November 2016 in Puri Indah Mall. When we said family it means not only Audrey + Mom + Dad but also her aunties and uncles. It’s a big and important event for the family, we guess.
First meeting went well and 4 months has passed till we have our 2nd / technical meeting. Yes we only meet twice and we continue to have lots of chat discussing about the party. We really appreciate that much trust that we got from Audrey and her family 😊

Through the preparations, we remembered that sometimes Audrey went back and forward about having a birthday party rather than birthday dinner. It’s just because most of her friends have a birthday dinner and she was feeling unsure that “a party” will be nicely accepted by her friends. In the end we are really glad that she still choose to have a party, because from what we heard, most of her friends are really enjoying the party!

Well, 1 ballroom with a full ballroom cover and a castle themed styrofoam on the stage is not a usual thing. It might look really crowded inside. But we tried to reorganize all the layout as good as possible and brief all the crews & talents for not blocking the audience’s sight. At last we realized that the small room made the party looks more engaging ❤️

Audrey & her family especially her mom are really kind hearted. They are really friendly and nice. We remembered at the end of the party, we forgot to take a picture as a team together with Audrey, but luckily, Audrey’s mom reminded us! 🙂 They are our clients but it feels like we are helping our friends to organize their birthday party.. They were our type of “dream client” 😍
